Mouthwash -

Mason Jar

1 teaspoon Tea Tree Oil

1 tablespoon Baking Soda

1 dash of Peppermint Oil

Add to water, shake vigorously. Leave in fridge for a refreshing zing in the am. We make ours about once a week to keep it fresh and clean.

Toothpaste -

Small portable mason container

1 teaspoon bentonite clay

1 tablespoon baking soda

1 teaspoon or so of coconut oil - slightly liquify the oil so its easy to mix

1 dash of peppermint oil

1 dash of tea tree oil

Mix all of the above ingredients. Use small containers to keep its use. Great for travel.

Lemons

Water

Mason Jar

Add, shake and you are ready to rock and roll.
